Voordat je op stap gaat vul je de thermosfles met kokend water. Het water is dan zeker de eerste drie uur warm genoeg om er heerlijke koffie mee te maken. Wanneer je arabica koffie neemt kun je er ook koffie van zetten als het water verder is afgekoeld zonder dat deze bitter zal worden.
