Wie goed getraind is en een heel veel mee moet nemen heeft aan de Karrimor Sabre 80-130 de juiste rugzak. En wie dacht dat een militaire rugzak niet hi-tech kan zijn moet maar eens naar onderstaande specificaties kijken! Voorzien van het gepatendeerde Karrimor Super Adjustable (SA) draagsysteem wat u in staat stelt de rugzak geheel aan lading en uw lichaam aan te passen. Compatible met het Britse militaire PLCE systeem. De Camelbak Thermobak in de KL-camo uitvoering kan dus buiten op de Sabre geklikt worden. En eventueel twee keer! Onder de bodem zit een regenhoes klaar voor gebruik.

The two compartments have the option of forming one large compartment using a drawcord divider mechanism. Access is via a hooped zip entry to the lower compartment and via the lid for the upper compartment.

Back System:

SA SuperCool (Size Adjustable) Back System. This is a sewn construction back system which provides back length adjustment which can be adjusted by the user whilst the pack is being worn.

The Hipbelt, Lumbar Pad and the Scapula Pads are covered in breathable mesh and lined with reticulated foam to provide ventilation of the loaded areas. UK Patent Number 84302411.8 applies to this system. The patent applies in several countries.

The aluminium frame bars can be customised to fit the user by bending them.

Additional Information:
The conical Hipbelt, Lumbar Pad and Scapula Pads are covered in breathable Space Mesh (a 3-dimensional space fabric) and lined with Du Pont Coolmax reticulated foam to provide ventilation of the loaded areas without water being taken up by the foam.

Fabrics:
KS-1000D –
This is a custom made fabric used by Karrimor which consists of 1100 decitex (1000 denier) texturised Du Pont Cordura Nylon 6 fabric backed by a multi-layer elastomeric polyurethane coating to give long lasting weatherproofing.

The fabric surface is also treated with silicone polymers to improve dirt shedding.

Foams:
Du Pont Coolmax.
Load bearing pads are constructed from closed cell foam with ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) for long lasting comfort.

Body contact areas are supported by reticulated filter foam covered with a 3-dimensional space fabric. This gives greatly improved breathability and comfort over previous models.

All fabrics and foams will not hold moisture so the system is extremely fast drying.

Seams:
Bonded nylon construction to help prevent water ingress.

Webbings:
Made from nylon and are treated to be crumple resistant.

Zips:
Main zips are ‘self repairing’ nylon spiral zips manufactured by YKK.
Medium weight zips are 5 gauge and heavyweight zips are 10 gauge YKK.
