Picatinny QASM-RAMP (Quick Attach Surface Mount Rail Accessory Mounting Platform). Er zijn twee standaarden ontstaan op het gebied van persoonlijke uitrusting voor het bevestigen van dingen aan elkaar: MOLLE en Picatinny. De QUASM verbindt beide systemen met elkaar. Het is nu mogelijk een Picatinny compatible apparaat aan een MOLLE PALS, of een andere band van 2,5cm breedte, te bevestigen.
